So, setting our exhibition took us 2 days! Actually it was 1,5 days but it took me 0.5 day to get to the exhibition space. It usually takes me about 1 hour to get there. But I'm still very happy with the place, because it has white high walls and lots of free space. So, finally all the panel are up and work is submitted, looking forward for the presentation!

Alexandros Dikastopoulos says "Be smart, be optimistic!" And I agree with him!
Description (by Alexandros Dikastopoulos):
Opening your mind to optimism can help you seize the opportunities ahead. A poster that prompts you to think that anything is possible and you always have a choice in life. So, choose to live with the positive side of it.

Kaatya was so kind for driving us all the way to Cerny Most! And i enjoyed this trip very much. On our way we were discussing what else is needed to be done by final submission. In IKEA we made a little creative adjustment for toys stand. We turned all the rats upside down :)

Today I have discovered very useful blog if you are going to bind a book yourself. Dennis's blog has lots of tutorials and examples of hand made binding. Above is a tutorial for single sheet binding i am interested in right now. I will need to find a best way of binding my Kawaii planner I am designing for Final Major Project. For now I have only one option: spiral binding.

Today i met a beautiful packaging in the BIO shop on Dejvicka, Prague.
I also like their font that corresponds with the style of illustration! Inverse serif type looks just lovely!

Today i went browsing books and planners to Palace Knih Luxor. It was good experience. I found some very nice paper samples there. I might use some of them in my project, though they seem to be a little bit pricy.

The book above was brought by my tutor Jenni. It is a very nice example of a planner design. It has photo spreads with nice photography samples and very nice structure. I like spiral bindings. This type of binding is easy to use, it is flat to write on and you could easily rip pages you don't need without harming the binding. For my planner design I have chosen bigger spiral 2,5 mm in white.
